"The level of projects received was high and the choice of the five finalists and the winner was difficult. Many proposals were deserving, even if we noticed an imbalance with respect to the competition criteria, especially with regard to construction costs. We believe that the project must remain within the market prices so that it can be realized, while enhancing the aesthetic and compositional research of modern solutions.
We hope that this competition has left as positive a contribution to the designers as it has been to us, and that it will be profitable for them to approach timber construction.
